THE THREE PHASES
Phase I — Discover Your Mantra (The Coaching Session)
In a guided group or individual session, I help you break through the obstacles holding your progress back and uncover the singular, powerful word or phrase your next chapter is waiting for. Examples: 'I am enough.' 'It's my turn.' 'The real me always wins.'
Phase II — Write It In Your Own Hand (The Script Capture)
You write your mantra on a specialized B45 template. This captures the unique energy, pressure, and character of your handwriting — your personal signature on your new life. For virtual sessions, you mail your template or photograph it with your phone.
Phase III — Wear Your Commitment (The Keepsake)
Your handwriting is digitized and precision laser-etched into your chosen keepsake. Choose from custom mantra jewelry (necklace or bracelet), an engraved wallet card, or a personalized desk name block. For virtual participants, your keepsake is mailed directly to your door.
