I specialize in helping middle-aged women reflect and shine like the precious jewels they are at age 45 and beyond.  Why focus on women beyond 45 years old?  Well, it’s personal.  My mother, who loved jewelry, passed away at the age of 45.  I was 20 years old.  My mother’s age at the time of her death never really dawned on me until I turned 45 years old.  This is when I truly realized how young and vibrant my mother was when she passed away.  It was at that time I suddenly had a sense of urgency to empower women to live their best life every day because life is too short.  At age 46, I began hosting annual self-empowerment parties at my home for 15-20 women.  I call these events Beyond 45 to celebrate each year I live beyond my mother’s age at the time of her death.

 

Now as a Certified Life and Engagement Coach, I offer a variety of life coaching services that nurture my clients’ spirit, help them overcome personal challenges, and allow them to achieve individual life goals. I cater to each of my client’s personal needs in order to unlock their full potential.  I offer custom-made pieces of mantra jewelry to my clients to serve as their “superpower.”  My goal is to remind women of the precious jewels they are and to offer personal motivation for helping them accomplish their desired personal goals.  

 

While I specialize in middle-age women, I also coach younger women on living life with passion and on purpose on their journey to Beyond 45.
