Unpause Your Moment was a one-day empowerment conference for middle-aged women ready to begin again — to rediscover passion, reclaim purpose, and press play on the next chapter of life.
The conference brought together powerful speakers, honest conversations, and practical strategies to help women live fully in midlife and beyond. From reigniting dreams to building confidence and community, this experience gave women the opportunity to connect, grow, and design the life they were meant to live — on purpose.
