Unpause Your Moment is a one-day empowerment conference for middle-aged women ready to begin again — to rediscover passion, reclaim purpose, and press play on the next chapter of life.  The conference brings together powerful speakers, honest conversations, and practical strategies to help women live fully in mid-life and beyond. From reigniting dreams to building confidence and community, this experience will be an opportunity for women to connect, grow, and design the life they were meant to live — on purpose.

By the end of the conference, participants will:

1. Reconnect with Purpose
   Gain clarity around what truly matters in this season of life and identify personal values, passions, and priorities that may have been paused or overlooked.
    

2. Reframe Midlife as a Beginning, Not an Ending
   Shift perspectives around aging by embracing midlife as a powerful opportunity for growth, reinvention, and intentional living.
    

3. Build Confidence to Navigate Change
   Develop the mindset and tools needed to navigate personal, professional, and life transitions with clarity, courage, and self-trust.
    

4. Press Play on Action
   Identify at least one meaningful step participants are ready to take toward reclaiming their time, passion, or purpose.
    

5. Foster Connection and Community
   Create authentic connections with other women who are also choosing to live on purpose, reinforcing that no one has to navigate this journey alone.
    

6. Celebrate Joy, Growth, and Possibility
   Encourage women to embrace joy, rest, and celebration as essential components of a fulfilling and purpose-driven life.
